petrochemical hub involves massive reclamation and ancillary concrete works.

bridges, roads, drains and soil improvement works.
Managed by local industrial landlord
Jurong Town Corporation and through a joint venture effort by Penta Ocean and
Koon Construction, all bridge beam surfaces, decks, abutments, soffits and
cupping beams to steel sheet piles were impregnated with Dry-Treat BHN IBTEO
silane against corrosion.
